Tell us what happened
Email a short description of the problem, the screen where it happened, your device model, iOS version, and app version if available. A screenshot can help. You do not need to include anything you wrote in the Black hole room.
What is inside?
- Leave desk: pick one of six moods and receive one of 36 original bilingual, fictional leave slips.
- Black hole: type a short note and watch it disappear in a playful animation. It is not sent to anyone.
- Moon lounge: poke the moon for a small written remark.
You can keep favorite slips in the local drawer and share a slip's text using the iOS share sheet. This iOS edition does not export PNG files or print from inside the app.
Where are my saved slips?
Open the slip drawer from the Leave desk. Favorites are saved on this device, with no developer-operated cloud account or sync. To remove one, choose Return to the universe on its drawer card and confirm. Deleting the app removes its local data from the device. Device backups and restores are controlled by iOS and your settings.
Why did my Black hole note disappear?
The note clears after the sending animation, when you leave that room, or when the app becomes inactive or goes into the background. There is no history or recovery feature. This is an intentional part of the toy, not a secure-erasure function.
Sound, touch, and language
The iOS app has no audio playback. It can provide a light haptic tap on supported devices. You can turn Stamp sensation off in Little settings. Use the language control to switch between English and Traditional Chinese. These choices last for the current app session.
Does it need the internet?
The three rooms and their artwork are included in the app and work offline after installation. There are no accounts, ads, subscriptions, or in-app purchases in this edition. Sharing through another app, sending support email, and App Store purchases use the services you choose.
Purchases and refunds
App Store payment and refund requests are handled by Apple. See Apple's refund instructions, or visit Report a Problem. Eligibility depends on Apple's policies and applicable consumer rights.
What kind of app is this?
A small fictional toy, made with AI assistance for writing, illustrations, and code. Its slips do not authorize real leave and do not provide health, employment, legal, or professional advice.

黑洞紙條為什麼消失了？

聲音、觸感與語言
iOS App 不播放音效。在支援的裝置上，蓋章與戳月亮時可以產生輕微震動；可在「小小設定」關閉「印章觸感」。語言按鈕可切換繁體中文與英文。這些選擇只維持在當次 App 使用期間。
需要網路嗎？
三個房間與插畫都包含在 App 內，安裝完成後可以離線遊玩。此版本沒有帳號、廣告、訂閱或 App 內購買。透過其他 App 分享、寄出支援信件與 App Store 購買，則使用你選擇的服務。
